We’re looking for our next awesome Solutions Engineer who will provide timely & effective solutions for customer IT incidents, perform daily checks and remediations on system issues, and assist with other various projects.

Duties include:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Research questions using available information resources
• Advise user on appropriate action
• Log all help desk interactions
• Redirect problems to correct resource. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Add and remove user access to various systems
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Prepare activity reports
• Inform management of recurring problems
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Participate in larger projects as needed
• Maintains confidentiality with client information

Prefer system experience with:

• OS X Server, Deploy Studio, Open Directory, Apple Remote Desktop
• Google Apps
• Office 365
• Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8
• OS X
• IP Routing
• Sonicwall, Cisco, and Watchguard firewalls

Other skills:
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• Methodical and effective troubleshooting skills
• Customer-centric approach
